Understanding your brain

The Solihull Approach is a set of courses and educational sessions for parents, families, teenagers and young people. Alongside courses designed to help families better understand one another, they have a course for teenagers called 'Understanding Your Brain'.

The free course explains what happens to your brain as you hit adolescence, why you might be struggling to sleep, and why you feel the way you do. It can be accessed online, for free in your own time. You can join using your phone, tablet or laptop/pc.

The Solihull Approach has produced a short video from young people, for young people explaining the course and its benefits. Watch now on Youtube.

To access this course online visit the Our Place website (opens in new window) and use PARENTSROCK as your access code.
